Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if things didn't go according to your expectations, below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return, refund or an exchange. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you, and if the item(s) are covered by our 100-Day Return Policy.
The following reasons are covered by our 100-Day FULL COVERAGE Return/Refund/Exchange Policy.
TrulyCraved will be responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees
1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken/damaged items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
2. You received the incorrect photo printed on your accessory or if the picture’s appearance is vastly different from the photo provided.
3. Material chips off, Diamonds/Crystals fall off; Any parts of the accessories drop off. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) of equal or lesser value.)
4. Should your mail be lost during transit.
The following reasons are covered by our 100-Day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Refund/Exchange Policy.
As Personalized/Customized Items are one-of-a-kind and are made to your order, Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. TrulyCraved does not refund any shipping fees.
1. You chose the wrong size for your accessories (bracelet, ring, necklace, etc).
2. Personal Reasons due to a change in mind, personal taste and preferences, etc.
3. Slow Shipping Time due to unexpected environmental/political situation.
*Please Note: The Limited Coverage Policy is based on a Case-By-Case Basis, and will be determined when you submit your request.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 100-Day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
1. Products are exposed to any corrosive substances or chemicals, which can alter the appearance of your product. Chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas, etc.
2. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance. *Refer to Owner's Guide on how to take care of your accessories*
PROCESS OF REQUEST
1. Please email us at email@example.com, and attach clear photos of the items that represent your issue.
2. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.
3. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s).
4. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
*Do also note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin production within the next 24 hours on your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, your order is subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
You will also be subjected to a 50% restocking fee if you would cancel your order after it has been shipped. This applies only for orders received later than the expected shipping time.
TrulyCraved reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any point in time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
